Ethnic Studies Scholarship Application

The Ethnic Studies Department Scholarship Fund was established in 2004 to support students in need, pursuing a higher education degree. Based on the eligibility criteria, one $1200 scholarship will be awarded annually.

To Apply:
Complete the University’s online scholarship application and email a double-spaced, two-page essay that describes your strong interest and understanding of diversity and cultures as well as your experience with a diverse population to Gloria.Blumanhourst@colostate.edu.

Eligibility:
You are eligible to apply for a ET Scholarship if you satisfy the following criteria:

1. You are enrolled in the ET program and pursuing a Ethnic Studies Major or Minor.
2. You are in good academic standing at Colorado State University.
3. You can demonstrate financial need.
4. You can demonstrate a strong interest and understanding of diversity and cultures.
5. You can demonstrate experience with a diverse population.
